In Ponterbee Station, I once spent almost an hour running around in circles trying to find a keycard that it turned out was on a body in plain sight. It's funny how sometimes our brains "helpfully" filter things out.

Oh, I've already found and activated two blast terminals and found the control card. I only ask for the location of all of them because there is no way to differentiate between the activation cards. I'm not looking for someone to hold my hand or anything. Plus I've been all over the base. Spent literally 4 hours running around killing respawned hybrids.

Ah, well. I'll keep looking.

maybe it seems that many people have problems with this FM only but for the original campaign they usually find walkthrough prior posting here so we can't see the real numbers

One activation card is in the crew quartiers (Prof. Grimms room), two in the science sector (one in a monkey cage and one in a room with vegetable)

It's strange, but the players have more problems to find a item that is just lying arround, as a well hidden item. No matter if SS2 or Thief 2....

UNN Facility Polaris-32A0 V2 is released. I added a new startlevel, new custom objects, AIs and multiplayer models.
And it is multiplayer ready now.

 This FM looks good so far. Only one problem though...

Right after I gear up, I go to the conference room. But the commander does not say anything to me, just idle movements. I have System Shock 2 installed to shock2_xp_2000_fix, located in the C: drive.

MODS I AM USING:
SHTUP
Rebirth
SS2 Tool (for getting mod ready, bug fixes, and adding resolutions, etc.)

Bona fide CD version of System Shock 2.

All FMs uses custom scripts from NamelessVoice. Make sure, that the file nvscript.osm is in your SShock2 directory (it is in the zip-file).
If you go to the commander, the next level will load. But only with this new scripts.

It works fine with SHTUP, Rebirth and Darkloader 4.3

I don't know about the SS2 Tool, never tested it.

No, I got the SS2 Tool first, SHTUP, then Rebirth (complemented.) Also, I see a file called NVScript.osm inside where I installed SS2 to.

P.S I enjoyed playing Ponterbee Station and the UNN Nightwalker. Loved Kolya's Spaceball helmet. (The giant white helmet he wears in his audiolog)

Polaris is the best FM I've played so far. And I was surprised it doesn't play inside some big spaceship or something, but rather in the open on a planet. I think that's a great change, a positive one, you know? I'm now collecting all the cards and codes. I've already found 3 cards and 3 codes and I know I'm missing one card. Can anyone tell me where the last activation card is? (I've got the 2 from the science building and the one from the crew sector). Also, where the hell is that High-Security Card? I thought I'd have found it by the time I completely went through the sector. You'd be a great help if any of you guys told me.

And for the rest of it, it is really a great FM, it greatly differs from other FM's, but is still incredibly fun to play!

Where can I find the main gate key card  ? I searched every plase and I still cant find it !

Well, I also activated blast devices one and two within the many, which were easy to find. But where is no. three? There is a chasm, which I can't climb (where the two dead guys with the grenade launcher lie). Is it up there? If so, how to get up there? I'mm running in circles for an hour or so... :-)

Well, a few minutes later I found out. Stupid me.
Just watched the end-movie. Tough.
Now only shocking ruins and "Urlaub" remain...
Suggestion: If you transfer one character from one mod to the other: Why not build skills up within this trilogy?

Where can I find main gate key card ? I searched it at everywhere , even jumped down from the bridge and swimmed in to the hole thinking that I maybe can find it there . but nope  , do where can I find it?

Is there a psi-amp in the intro level or before the first enemy encounter? I really wanna get lvl 5 psi skills at the start, but it seems like I have to go with weaponry instead =/

Also, I can't find an access card for athletics or the third key-code. I've gotten the control card and activated 1 & 2

Edit: Dang, just found it... stupid keycard was in a room in the crew sector, somehow I missed one freaking room =/

I've got as far as the High Security research area, but for some reason I can't find the fourth activation card (I've already found the one in Grim's office, the one in the monkey cage and another one) and I also can't find the second activation code. Any help?

The second activation code is in the science sector, search the corpses in the morgue.
