Are there shortcuts for PSI?

This is a thing that mostly would help for Infinite, but would be nice for vanilla too. Is there a way to bind tier and power selection to, say, the arrow keys (up/down for tier and left/right for powers,) or am I kinda stuck going into use mode to swap powers out? Seriously breaks flow and has gotten me killed on more than a few occasions.

You can assign the 12 function keys to psi powers. To make an assignment, hold down the shift key while hovering your mouse over the skill you are assigning. Then push the 'F' key that you want to use for that skill. Once that is done, that key will show up as an overlay over that skill and you can immediately shift to that skill by hitting that key.

Kludgey but is there a way to config edit to asign numpad keys/any unused key to psi?
